The Intellectual Property of the Finite Lab Transform (FLT) is assigned to LCIP JV, Assignee and Owner of the FLT patents. LabCipher is currently the only full Licensee of the FLT invention to create cryptographic software.

The FLT was invented and developed for cryptographic machine computations by Peter Lablans.

Our Company History

Lablans invented methods and devices of implementation logic of computer circuits as n-state functions with n being 2 or greater. This led to the invention of the FLT, which is a modification of computer operations that maintains basic characteristics of the computer operations but modifies its appearances in outputs and representations. The FLT is strictly directed to computer operations. No art was found in the literature (e.g. Mathematical Number Theory) that teaches or suggests the FLT.

Peter Lablans had a successful career in sales and marketing of software products, specifically in ERP and Supply Chain Management. He started his career briefly as a math and physics teacher. He was a telecom engineer and project manager earlier in his career and held a position as a professor of digital signal processing. He rekindled his interest in computer design and founded an R&D company to exploit his inventions.

Peter Lablans is supported by angel investors and has the benefit of advice by a successful software entrepreneur.
